Our circuit classes are a great combination of cardiovascular and muscle strengthening moves which together blast fat and sculpt your muscles. Not only are these classes a fun way to workout in a group environment, but all-strength circuits have been proven to burn up to 30 percent more calories than your typical weight workout meaning during our circuits class you could burn over 500 calories!
If you're new to circuits or prefer a slower paced class that still provides an intense workout then why not try our Gentle circuits class or alternatively our weekly Gentle exercise session which is available for ALL abilities.
