Metafit is a high intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training. It is designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. Designed by a former marine, Metafit is the original group X HIIT workout. 30 minute, non choreographed, bodyweight only workouts that set the metabolism on fire.
MetaPWR uses the same fundamental high intensity techniques as Metafit whilst incorporating functional equipment such as slam balls and weights. Think 'old school' circuit training, but with functional equipment, uploaded commands and backing track and 'Powerplay' features. This class helps fire up your muscles and metabolism in just 30 minutes!
