Spin is a high intensity indoor cycling class focusing on endurance & strength. Sessions are based around bursts of harder efforts (intervals) interspersed with lower effort recovery sections.
If you're new to spin or prefer a slower paced class that still provides an intense workout then why not try our Gentle Spin class or alternatively our weekly Social Spin Session which is available for ALL abilities.
