Basketball on the Isle of Man
Basketball is a fun, energetic and fast paced game suitable for all ages and abilities.
For the younger age group games are adapted to ensure skill development is achieved through fun games and activities rather than full court 5 on 5 games.
The basketball league is played on a Thursday evening at the NSC. The night begins at 6pm with mixed junior fixtures, followed by senior mens and ladies matches at 8pm.
Footwear - Non marking clean trainers.
