Don't worry if you are a beginner or have already gained some swimming knowledge and experience elsewhere. The swimming lessons are tailored to suit you and achieve the ultimate goal, which is to swim comfortably!
Here at the NSC we offer the chance to join in with a small group of adult beginners with a qualified, experienced Swimming Teacher in order to improve your swimming confidence and technique. Adult lessons take place on a Tuesday evening from 6 - 6.45pm (beginners and improvers), and on a Friday lunchtime 12.15 - 1pm (beginners and improvers). The cost is £11.20 per lesson and customers are required to sign up to a 6 week block.
