Children will be allowed to swim for free after school at the National Sports Centre from:

Monday 31st October to Friday 31st March
4.30pm and 7pm
every school weekdays

During this time children will have full access to the leisure pool and other pools when planned classes or lessons permit. It will also be free for one parent or guardian to accompany a primary school child to encourage participation, and as usual children aged eight or over can swim unaccompanied.

What to do?

All children wishing to swim for free can obtain an MSR Scorecard, by their parents registering online here: Join At Home.

Once registered, collect your Scorecard when you visit the NSC. If the child already has an MSR Scorecard (from schemes, swimming etc) there is no need to register. 

Turn up with your MSR Scorecard between 4.30-7pm after school and swim*. Please check the Pool Admission Policy before attending the NSC, to ensure you have the correct number of adults to children.

*Places are limited.  Admission will be on a first come first served basis (No pre-booking or online bookings available).
