The National Sports Centre accommodates two large sports halls suitable for various sporting needs.There are six recently refurbished glass back squash courts and the Islands only indoor bowls hall.
The Fitness Zone consists of a gym and spa. The gym boasts a selection of cardiovascular machines, weighted machines and a free weight area, providing you with equipment to suit all of your health and fitness goals. The spa, adjacent to the gym, holds two sauna cabins and a steam room as well as a whirlpool jacuzzi.
There are two swimming pools at the NSC - the training pool and the leisure pool. Our training pool is an 8 lane, 25m pool with a floating beam down the middle.
