Follow signs to Pulrose, Douglas.
Alternatively, once at the Quarterbridge roundabout take the exit on New Castletown Rd. At the second set of traffic lights turn left, you will approach the National Sports Centre on your left after approximately 300m.
By Bus

There is a bus stop located outside the main National Sports Centre entrance.
