Background: I have always enjoyed spending my time in the outdoors –walking, kayaking, paddleboarding just to name a few of the activities I have always enjoyed. I have 2 dogs who are great for pulling me up the Manx hills on the weekends too! I always knew I wanted to have a career in Health and Fitness, I love helping people discover how to be the healthiest and best version of themselves!
