Suitable for all ages and abilities, the concept is simple: Walk & Talk allows you to walk around a short circuit at your own pace and the emphasis is on talking with your fellow walkers, not just walking!

A record is kept of the distances you cover. There are prizes on offer when you have walked 10 miles, 25 miles and 100 miles, which can be built up over time at a pace that suits you.
