Our Stretch & Flex and Body Toning classes are stretching and mobility based sessions to help improve functional capacity, better recovery and injury prevention. Learn how to correctly activate and control important stabilising muscles and execute efficient movement while getting supple and energised. It is a fun friendly atmosphere taught by one of our qualified instructors, Liz.
There is lift access and a disabled toilet and changing facilities nearby. We would recommend you wear comfortable clothing for this class.
